We are located on the North side of Rochester, Minnesota about 70 miles South of Minneapolis - St. Paul (the Twin Cities).  We are about 30 miles North of the Iowa border and 40 miles West of the Wisconsin border. Our typical clientele come from as far away as the Twin City area, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Front of Lower's made to blend into the neighborhood with the largest studio in the city below. We can hold large groups.

In Rochester, we are on the corner of West River Parkway (the street that runs behind HyVee North) at 9th Avenue. Wells Fargo Bank is on the corner of  37th Street and West River Parkway. Go up the hill, South, on West River Parkway one block turning right onto 9th Avenue. We are right on the corner of West River Parkway and 9th Avenue.

We built this facility to have one of the largest camera rooms in the area. The beautiful Outside Portrait Park is designed for wonderful outside images.

OUTSIDE Portrait Park at Lower's

We brought in mature trees in 1987, so our outdoor area is beautifully designed for photography.

With a wood fence totally surrounding the main photography area, we have privacy while enjoying the outdoors.

Feel comfortable and at ease outside in our outside portrait park with many items to enhance your images like the gazebo, ponds and waterfall, bridge, fence lines of wood barrier, wood rail, and established trees, etc.

     Most importantly, this area provides beautiful light for photography most times of the day.

Large items like giant motor homes, airplanes, elephants and cars can best be taken where larger areas of good light exist. We can make many suggestions including three city parks within a mile or less of our studio. Within two blocks is a park which includes the Zumbro River.  Another city park is 6 blocks away with a beautiful lake.

Within one mile is another park with a very rugged look. And, all these choices are so close to us!
